My dear friend Pam Hennigan needs a miracle. She beat breast cancer 15 years ago but 4 years ago it came back. She has always been very positive and upbeat. She has been through more than most of could ever survive yet she knows that GOD IS in the miracle working business. She texted me last night ( the chemo has caused mouth sores that make it too painful to talk.) And she said her latest PET scan wasn't good. They found new tumors and the ones that had been shrinking are growing again. Her husband was my endocrinologist when I lived in FL and we went to school together from Elementary through high school. He has taken her to MD Anderson in Houston, and he is doing all he can. She asked that everyone please put her on prayer lists everywhere. She lives in Fairhope now. It's about 4 hours from Short Creek. I wished she felt like traveling there for a service. Maybe one of the ladies could stand in for her. I would be there to do it in a heartbeat but as most of you know, I'm in NC.
